Domine Fine Chocolate started as a fantasy, but quickly turned into an idea with a heartbeat of it’s own.

Matthew Smith always had a love for  the process of creating exceptional things- food, art, and experiences- and sharing those with others. This, along with a desire to make a difference in the world, condensed into a bean-to-bar chocolate company beginning out of Matthew’s college apartment in Rexburg, Idaho.

Everything is novel here at Domine Fine Chocolate!
